Shipping & Delivery

Effective March 24, 2020, UPS is no longer guaranteeing the day or time of delivery for all service levels and will thus not be offering credit for late deliveries. We will therefore not be able to offer credit for late deliveries. We are sorry for any trouble this may cause you. Full UPS announcement can be read here.

To the greatest extent possible, SuperBreakers (the “Company”) will process shipments through UPS or USPS, whichever delivery method is fastest for that particular situation. All expedited shipments will be shipped via UPS. If you require that a shipment is processed via a specific delivery carrier, you must indicate that preference in the comment section when your order is placed. Selecting a specific delivery carrier other than UPS or USPS may require payment of additional shipping fees and may impact the Company’s ability to ship your order on an expedited basis if that option is selected at checkout. In the case of orders with overweight packages or packages with unique dimensions, you may also be required to make payment of additional shipping fees.

Subject to the limitations of these Terms and Conditions, orders of more than $99 being shipped within the continental United States will qualify for free UPS or USPS Ground Shipping.

The Company makes every reasonable effort to ship every order on the same day that order is received. However, the Company reserves the right to ship orders up to one (1) week after they are received. For orders received after 3 pm EST, the Company cannot guarantee that the order will be shipped the same business day. Multiple line orders may take up to one (1) week after order placement to ship, and customers will be notified of any estimated delay beyond this shipment window.

Due to high product turnover, products showing online as being in stock may, in fact, be temporarily unavailable. Where an order has been placed for a product that is no longer available, you will be notified as soon as possible of that unavailability and will have the option to purchase a replacement product or cancel your order.

Where customers place an order on a Friday that requests next-day shipping, the customer will not receive the order until the next business day, which is generally Monday of the following week. UPS Saturday Delivery is a separate service not generally offered by the Company. Payment for all shipping costs must be made at the time of order. The Company does not ship on customer accounts.

The Company requires a minimum order size of $200 for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, in addition to any additional shipping costs. The Company requires a minimum order size of $300 for shipments to international locations, in addition to any additional shipping costs. Due to the special nature of these shipments, the Company requires that shipment to these locations be placed with a SuperBreakers sales rep. The Company is not accountable or liable for delays in delivery or shipment caused by acts of God, failure of the Company’s suppliers/vendors, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. In no case shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages (whether sounding in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), regardless of whether the Company knew or should have known of the possibility of such losses, arising from any delay in shipment or delivery.

Where a package is refused, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible all resulting costs for the shipment and reshipment of the package.

Product Availability / Processing

Due to high product turnover, product showing as in stock online may become temporarily unavailable. Where an order has already been placed, customers will be notified of any resulting discrepancy and addressed accordingly. Superbreakers.com strives for the fastest possible deliveries and processing turnarounds for all orders. There may be rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances that can cause a slight delay in your order but our Customer Service Representatives are here to assist you with any questions or concerns.

Customer Accounts

SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts. All shipping charges are non-negotiable rates displayed at checkout.

Weekend Shipping

Orders placed after hours on Friday will not process or ship until the following Monday. UPS Saturday Delivery is a service not generally offered by SuperBreakers.

Expedited Orders

All expedited shipments will ship exclusively through UPS expedited services. Customers are encouraged to call in to verify critical shipments.


Methods Of Shipping

Free Standard Shipping

Every parcel order over $99 qualifies for free economy shipping within the continental USA. Standard shipments will process through USPS or UPS based on the faster delivery method. If shipment must process via a specific carrier, please indicate in the comments section at checkout for proper delivery.

A consolidation period of up to 5 business days may be exercised before setting the status of an order to “Shipped”.

In exceptional circumstances, customers will be notified of additional charges of freight shipments and overweight or unique dimensional packages.

UPS Three-Day Select

These shipments will be received within 3 business days from the shipping date. The day your order is shipped will not count as a day in transit. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST for it to be considered a processing day. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST for it to be considered a processing day.

UPS Second Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees 2nd business day delivery by the end of the day. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries are available. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST for it to be considered a processing day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver

UPS Next Day Air Saver is an overnight shipping mail service that offers expedited next-day shipping at a slightly lower rate than regular UPS Next Day Air. UPS Next Day Air Saver promises guaranteed next-day delivery between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to commercial addresses and same-day delivery to residential addresses. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST for it to be considered a processing day.

UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air has a guaranteed commitment of 10:30 a.m. the next morning after shipping where available. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST for it to be considered a processing day.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. guarantees the next business day, early morning delivery for urgent shipments guaranteed by 8:30 a.m. where available. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST for it to be considered a processing day.


Shipping Outside of 48 States

Hawaii & Alaska Shipments

All orders for Hawaii and Alaska have a $200 minimum and additional shipping charges apply. If you need to place an order to one of these locations please call our sales department at 1-866-557-8737.

International Shipping

All International orders require a $300 minimum order threshold. Due to the special nature of these shipments, we require that these be placed with a SuperBreakers representative. Additional shipping and instructions will apply. All International Orders are Non-Cancel and Non-Refundable.
